Alexandra is an experienced athlete, trained in athletics, martial arts, stunts, circus arts and contortion, a professional dancer and certified yoga instructor. She will be heading up our high altitude YOGA - that’s right! Yoga in a high altitude environment (!) among other classes, and loves working on strength and flexibility.
Trish is a Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher RYTT1000+, trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Tantra, TaiChi, Qigong, ShakingMedicine & AnimalFlow. She also has a background in Martial Arts, Dance, Circus & Acro and loves to create fun creative flows to help us to better understand and move our bodies. She is passionate about all things yoga and looks forward to practicing with the team and members at O2!
