OPEN CIRCUIT TRAINING - HIGH ALTITUDE

During your induction you will receive a personalized training plan for using our High Altitude Room for your maximum health benefits. There are many flexible options catered uniquely to you. We have a fully furnished gym with equipment and free weights for your use, and a huge screen to follow your own selections of exercises from.

The Altitude Room is available for use by members whenever there are

no O2 Yoga classes running.

O2 YOGA Dynamic at High Altitude (30 mins)

O2 YOGA Recovery at High Altitude (30 mins)

Yoga classes conducted in our High Altitude Training Room. 30 minutes at High Altitude is an incredibly efficient workout, and many find is more than sufficient for their fitness and wellness goals. The first Dynamic 30 minutes is more active, while the second 30 minute session is focused on stretching, lengthening, and Recovery. Either is a stand-alone workout in their own right, or combined for those acclimated to High Altitude.

Upstairs in our lofty Attic Sanctuary we hold traditional Yoga classes at Sea Level. These classes, combined with time spent training or doing O2 Yoga at High Altitude, serve to maximise your training efforts, and also for those days where you wish to alternate between High Altitude and Sea Level exercises for your body.
